Profile Image Hints - Upload Square Photos.
I'm seeing some images that appear to be cropped, and I think the important thing to know about the forum is that it will not auto-adjust your image if it is a rectangle. It is looking for square image, so, if you crop your image beforehand, I think you will have better luck.
